Crooked Road Cabin is a cozy Appalachian-style log cabin nestled in the mountains of southwestern Virginia, near wineries and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s conveniently located and private, but not isolated.
The cabin has a snug living room with a fireplace, futon, rocking/easy chairs, cable HDTV, and Bluetooth speaker. It sleeps up to seven, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, two beds in the loft, and futon in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen provides utensils and full size appliances. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. All linens and towels are provided. Relax on the large back balcony in rocking chairs and enjoy the solitude.
Within walking distance is the historic Cockram Mill Complex on the Dan River, including the Crooked Road Cafe and an antique/consignment/ice cream shop. On the grounds of the cabin are acres of fields and gravel roads to walk, run, bike, and exercise your kids or dogs! The cabin is centrally located near Meadows of Dan; Mabry Mill; Chateau Morrisette; Villa Appalaccia; Floyd and FloydFest; Rocky Knob/Rock Castle Gorge; Lovers Leap; and more.
As one guest commented, “If peace and tranquility is what you seek, look no further.” Crooked Road Cabin is near so much but a great place to get away from it all!
