87th OLD FIDDLER’S CONVENTION

Before the second weekend in August each year, lovers of country and mountain music leave their homes in time to be in Galax, VA for the Annual Old Fiddler’s Convention. Started in 1935, it is the oldest and largest fiddler’s convention in the world. Folks come from all over the world to perform and to see some of the greatest talent in bluegrass, old time and dancing.
Be sure to catch the Youth Competition on opening night, you will be amazed!
